Katherine the fourth is Kate the great
My editor Graeme Hague gave me some feedback at the end, after I'd paid him. Frankly I expected more of a critique but he was accurate with a few observations. "Some people will skip over the aviation chapters", he said, "and you didn't really explain how Kate came onto the scene". Woah.
So here goes. We met for a coffee in Beecroft mid morning Saturday in and around our kids sport timetable. We clicked straight up, which is fairly rare in the mass market of internet dating. Went for dinner Monday night, had a kiss in the carpark. Here's the funny thing, I normally wouldn't have gone to Beecroft for a meeting as I had a geo-fence around my profile. Long before this I'd given up on long drives - life is too short to go to Cronulla to meet a Maria who is nothing like her profile.
But the timing and the sport locations fitted us up, and we met, and Kate mentioned she was moving to the inner city at the end of that year (2014) once Steph finished Year 12. So there was a pathway! We quickly found our compatibility and fell in love.
Happy end!

This Blog is everything that is NOT in my new book. It's a collection of very random, un-edited pieces. Gives me the chance to let you hear my voice, and see some pictures.
